About Us

Peyton “PT” Tomblin is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of R.E.A.L Training Solutions. He served 21 years in the United States Air Force as an Aerospace Battle Manager. During his 21 years, he had the opportunity to lead and mentor hundreds of Airmen, Soldiers, Seamen, and Marines. As a Senior Enlisted Leader, he was responsible for the training, mentoring and overall welfare of the men and women who served under his leadership.

As a military retiree, he now works for a DoD agency where he is a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Consultant. PT is responsible for the training, coaching, and mentoring of 9 teams in the execution of the Agile and SAFe principle amongst the organization.

Peyton’s has also mentored the youth in the Department of Juvenile Services.  He has been a consistent mentor since 2023. He uses leadership principle to guide the young men to transformational change that will aid them with proper decision making. This will allow for these young men to live a life they earn and to unlock their full potential. He also provided life skills training to the local High Schools in Baltimore County.

PT believes that everyone deserves to be the best version of themselves. He believes that with proper coaching and training, everyone can begin a true journey to self-fulfillment.
